Have been reading about using charcoal to lower ammonia caused by overactive expression of CBS gene.
So, yesterday, I thought I’d try it.
Basically you take one or two charcoal tablets followed with enough magnesium to encourage elimination within 9-14 hours.
The tricky part is timing it so that it doesn’t absorb your other supplements or meds.
I don’t think I would do this every day, maybe once a week?
Who knows if it worked, I do feel lighter.
Also, my chelating supplements arrived over the weekend. Can’t wait to start using them.
