“When you start using B12 it builds RBC and uses a lot of potassium up. Your adrenals need a lot of potassium and most of us are already Depleted in potassium.”

“Make sure you get the B12 going before you add folates in. If you’re low in B12 you will feel crappy in folates.

Also —if at any time you feel overmethylated on B12 etc. You can take a small amount of Niacinamide and it will calm down that feeling.”
